Vestango Sp. z o.o. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the nature and scale of our processing activities do not meet the thresholds requiring such appointment under Article 37 GDPR. Payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc. and website analytics by Google LLC, both of which participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), providing equivalent safeguards for transfers of personal data to the United States. 6 GDPR Your Rights Right of access — Article 15 You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
